Introduction

The Baillieu Research Scholarship is offered to students who are enrolling in a graduate research degree in the fields of Architecture, Medicine, Law, Commerce or Economics. Preference is given to lineal descendants of an Australian soldier or sailor killed, blinded or permanently incapacitated while engaged in war service.

This form requires a short personal statement, and if applicable, supporting evidence that you are a lineal descendant of an Australian soldier or sailor killed, blinded or permanently incapacitated while engaged in war service.

i.e. Master by research or Doctor of Philosophy
Do you intend to undertake research in the field of Architecture, Medicine, Law, Commerce or Economics?

You do not meet one or more basic eligibility requirements and will not be considered for the Baillieu Research Scholarship.
